Altoid Can Optical Mouse:  You'd think this would be an easy case mod, but the trouble involves the right and left click buttons.  The middle scroll gets in the wayof them both, and it's hard to find something to reach down to click the buttons.

   - Altoid Digicam:  This is one sweet mod.  I cut the openings with my dremel for the first time.  Not too bad of a job, but the camera just died on me.  I'm really annoyed, but you get what you pay for ($10 camera):
